50% of the booking fee is required to hold the date. The booking is confirmed once payment is received in full , which must be at least four weeks prior to the date of hire. Refundable damages deposit should be paid no later than 10 days prior to the date of hire. Refunds will be returned the week after the date of hire and should be collected by the hirer.
If alcohol is to be provided the hirer should check the legal position with Swale Borough Council.
